Born and bred in Townsville, Andrew completed all of his schooling at Ryan Catholic College.

Sport has always been a big part of Andrew’s life, with cricket (indoor and outdoor) being his passion. His love and commitment for cricket paid off over the years with representative duties in both forms of the game.

Andrew's interest in the sporting field continued and he went on to study a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University graduating in 2011. Since graduating, Andrew has worked as a physiotherapist at the North Queensland Physiotherapy Centre.

with a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, Andrew has continued to expand his knowledge by completing his Level 1 & 2 Sports Physiotherapy Courses and his Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course. This experience has given him the opportunity to work as a physiotherapist with both Queensland and Australian Masters Indoor Cricket Teams within Australia and abroad.

In his free time, Andrew loves to explore the outdoors whether it camping, fishing, bike riding or bushwalking.
