Sarah is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of clinical, sporting, and education experience. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and completed her Master of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, Melbourne in 2019.
Sarah has extensive experience working with athletes across multiple sports and competition levels, from grassroots clubs to international events and tours. Her most notable experience spans International Rugby 7s, Junior Girls Tasmanian Football, and Junior Girls Australian Water Polo.
Sarah is interested in all athletic populations, with a particular interest in hip-related conditions. She has extensive experience managing orthopaedic presentations including the rehabilitation following hip arthroscopy and total hip replacement. She is also a GLAD:AU certified practitioner.
Alongside her clinical work, Sarah is committed to physiotherapy education. She has taught within the University of Canberra Physiotherapy program and served as the Lead Clinical Educator for many years, supporting and supervising students on clinical placements.
Sarah recently joined the NPQC team after relocating to Townsville. She looks forward to working collaboratively with her patients to restore function and achieve their goals. When she is not at work, Sarah can be found with her two young kids and husband supporting their sporting journeys.
